To this day we have kept all clients and employees/contractors we have commenced a relationship with. Towards this our goal is to compete in the area of quality over price. We are not the cheapest (though sometimes we win on price by virtue of our low overheads) but we deliver solutions that our clients and us are proud of. This is a key part of maintaining ongoing relationships. We believe the advantages of these strong relationships include improved communications and reduced stress and this leads to overall better job satisfaction for all concerned.
